These terms govern purchases and leases of domain names from Any-Web Limited (company no. 03730786). The full text is being finalised. Until then, every sale is governed by the plain-English commitments stated on each domain page: the price shown is the price, confirmation happens from your inbox, a 24-hour cancellation window precedes every transfer (unless the account holder has expressly opted into instant transfers), and changes of registrant are executed at the official .uk registry.
Cancellations and refunds. Domain purchases can be cancelled free of charge at any time during the 24-hour window before the transfer executes; once the change of registrant completes at the registry it cannot be reversed and no refund is due. New registrations are performed immediately and registered directly in your name, so the statutory 14-day cancellation right does not apply once registration completes; you will be asked to acknowledge this at checkout. Leases run month to month and end with a month’s notice, so nothing needs returning.
