How it works

Three ways to get a name from us, all of them plain.

Step 1

Enquire or make an offer

Every name shows its price, or invites an offer. Card up to £10,000 (3-D Secure; card purchases carry a 120-day transfer-out lock, a .uk registry rule, and we say so up front). Bank transfer or Escrow.com above that; escrow fees are borne by the buyer.

Step 2

Confirm from your inbox

We email you a confirmation link. After you confirm, there is a deliberate 24-hour window in which you can cancel. Nothing moves until it passes.

Step 3

The name becomes yours

We execute the change of registrant at the official .uk registry. Most transfers complete within one working day. Keep the name with us for free, or move it to any registrar.

Names marked lease-eligible can be used from today for a flat monthly price, with managed DNS included and records changed on request. A month’s notice either way, and you hold first refusal if the name ever sells. And if you later decide to buy, your lease history counts in your favour.

Leasing suits a launch you want live now, a campaign with a fixed life, or simply spreading the cost of a name you intend to own.

Step 1

Tell us the name

If it is not yet registered, we register it in your name, not ours, within minutes.

Step 2

Pay by card

£14.99 a year, or £10 a year for Premium members. If the name is taken before it can be secured, you pay nothing.

Step 3

Yours, and portable

After the first 60 days you’re free to move it to any registrar, no charge from us, no questions.
